Project Overview

The private coterie is a jet charter company that provides its customers with personalized flying solutions.

They only work with ARGUS and Wyvern-rated operators. ARGUS and Wyvern are the leading independent safety and risk management auditors for both operators and brokers in the aviation industry.

The goal of this project is to generate new customers using cold email.

Project Implementation

The project began with a discovery call, where I got a proper briefing on the scope and desired outcome of the project.

This client was new to cold emailing, so I had to walk her through the processes, and the requirements to get the campaign running.

We used Instantly for this project. I managed the entire setup of the software which include adding over 7 email addresses to Instantly and ensured that the warm-up process was perfectly working.

With much input from the team we created personalized content to get the tone suitable for the audience we were targeting. I ensured the email templates were properly built on Instantly before launching the campaign.

The campaign was made up of 8 emails and was sent out sequentially. We received a number of responses from the campaign which resulted in booked appointments and inquiries on charter options.

Limitation

At first, I had a short supply of leads, from the client which slowed down the flow of the campaign, but over time this changed, as we got a dedicated lead generation specialist for the project.
