I joined the team as a marketing automation specialist where I helped the team with the setup of automated marketing messages targeted towards repeat customers with the aim of retaining current customers and engaging inactive customers.
Project Implementation
After joining the team, I collaborated with the content writer to structure personalized marketing emails for existing customers. I created the necessary automation triggers, and finally implemented the automation on Crisp.
This campaign was structured to create a personalized experience for the customers and serve as a retention marketing strategy for the brand.
I also built and managed marketing emails and monthly newsletters on Mailchimp and Mailjet
