Project Overview
Citylife Property is an award-winning estate agent and international property consultant that helps investors in the Australian market purchase good properties with low risk and a good return on investment.
The aim of this project is to automate a weekly email sequence, engage leads, and most importantly convert them to clients. This campaign was implemented on MailChimp; It consists of 37 emails to be sent out weekly.
Project Implementation
The list was segmented into two, the first segment is called ”CITY LIFE” and they received 21 emails while the second segment is called ”AURIENT”, and they received 16 emails.
During the project, I was given materials and instructions to aid me in designing the email templates which I did and ensured it’s properly structured on Mailchimp for the campaign.
After the automation was implemented, I offered the team guidance on how to better use Mailchimp efficiently since they have little experience working with the CRM.
