Project Overview

The Cannabis Marketing Association (CMA) is an organization that was established to bring the cannabis marketing community together so that best practices could be shared through our collective knowledge.

This project aims to aid the team in streamlining their sales workflow using email campaigns. CMA offers subscription services to its members.

Implementation

The project was implemented in three phases. In the first phases, we worked on a win-back workflow for inactive subscribers.

In the second phase, we worked on a cold email campaign for an in-person event where we sold over 400 tickets. 

In the third phase, I helped the team to effectively track their sales on HubSpot so they could follow up with customers efficiently. This was a serious issue as sales data from the CRM isn’t syncing with the data on HubSpot.

Limitation

This project was implemented successfully, as I didn’t encounter any major setbacks while working on this project. It just required more time to complete the data sync from the website to the CRM
