Pmhoa helps home-service companies build long-term profitable relationships with property management companies and HOAs.
The aim of this project is to perform an audit on the team’s email addresses to ascertain if they are still deliverable and provide a detailed report on the findings.
Project Implementation
The project started with a discovery call, where we spoke about the process, and what to expect from the audit.
I was granted access to the email addresses, and after I completed the audit, I created a comprehensive report on my findings and proffered solutions.
The result reported on the email authentication status of the domains, and if they are listed on any black list. I also helped identify the email addresses that have low reputations and possible ways the domains can build reputation again.
After the audit, I helped the team to manually warm up some email addresses.
